The JRL team includes an HR Consultant, a Business Psychologist, a selection of trainers and coaches with different areas of expertise.
We also offer profiling tools around management, leadership and emotional intelligence. Having completed the tool, a bespoke personal development plan can be identified and a bespoke coaching programme delivered. At the end, the profiling tool can be completed again, so the success of the programme can be measured if required.
