Dorset Blind Association is an independent charity supporting visually impaired people throughout Dorset. The Charity aims to provide practical help and support to the more than 5500 people in Dorset with sight loss and through this work, help them to maintain heathly, independent and socially inclusive lives.

Dorset Blind Association also provides specialised services to the business community. It can deliver visual loss awareness training and is also able to provide a professional transcription service which makes information available in a more accessible format such as digital quality audio,large print or braille.
